I have over six years of hands on experience in construction, grading, and landscaping, with a background that includes everything from preparing land for development to building houses from the ground up. This experience has given me a strong understanding of both the financial and structural aspects of real estate projects.
I approach every development with a focus on efficiency, cost control, and long-term value creation. My ability to oversee projects from start to finish while balancing quality, timelines, and budgets allows me to deliver results that meet both investor expectations and market demand.
